There are three main ways to get in touch with your supporters either during, or after you campaign.

Updates

This is a way to communicate to all of your supporters via your campaign page. Updates will appear under the 'Activity' tab of your profile, and you can set these to be 'public' (viewable by everyone that visits your profile) or 'private' (viewable only by supporters of your project).

The steps to share an update on a current campaign:

Log into your account & head to your project dashboard.

Hit 'Updates' in the top panel.

From there, hit 'create' and write your update!

The steps to share an update on a past project:

Log into your account & head to your dashboard.

Select 'All Projects',

Find the project you'd like to post an update on, and hit 'Manage'.

From there, hit 'create' and write your update!

Messaging

From your project editor, you can also choose to message all your supporters via the platform - click 'Message All Supporters' - or individual people one at a time - click 'Details' next to that supporter, then 'Message'.

Supporter Data

The third way to contact your supporters is to download your supporter data & get in touch via their email address provided. Download your supporter data by heading to the 'Supporters' tab of your project editor & clicking 'Download Report':
