There are a number of reasons why your PayPal account could be limited.
When your account is limited, you won’t be able to withdraw, send money or close your account. In some cases, you won’t be able to receive money or update your information until the limitation has been resolved.
Paypal needs to confirm your business and identity in accordance with Australian Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing laws.
Usually, it’s fairly simple to remove your account limitation. If you are having trouble with your account being limited, get in touch with PayPal.
Once the limitation has been lifted, you will need to login and head to your project back end.
In the Payment tab, choose the 'Fix Paypal Account' button to let us know this has been rectified and begin processing your payments.
