Base Support is broken into Technical Help (How do I use the site?), Campaign Advising (How do I crowdfund successfully?) and Technical Issues (The site isn’t working?). 

By default, Pozible will always handle Technical Issues, while Technical Help & Campaign Advising tickets will be sent to the organisation. You can designate all support to Pozible for a small upkeep fee or, if you opt to handle it yourself, we’ll provide training and workshops to suitably orient your team.
